Track Your Order
All shipments include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking link.
Please allow some time for tracking to update after shipping.
Delivery Times
Orders placed on business days before 11:00 PM are typically processed and shipped the same day.
On average, delivery takes 7 to 12 days, depending on item availability.
Missed Delivery?
If no one is available to receive your package, it will be held at a nearby pickup point for 7 days. You’ll receive a notification from the courier with pickup details.
Tip: Check your spam folder if you don’t see it.
Incorrect Address?
It’s your responsibility to ensure your shipping address is correct. If you spot an error, contact us immediately so we can fix it before the package is shipped.
Lost or Stolen Package?
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows your order was delivered but you haven’t received it, report the issue within 14 days. We’ll initiate an investigation with the courier and keep you updated.
